Abstract
Un sistema de tratamiento de aguas residuales incluye una serie de tanques de retención en combinación con un subsistema de tratamiento de biorreactor de membrana conectado a uno o más autoclaves y/o unidades de sonólisis y evaporadores térmicos para tratar la descarga de líquido del sistema. Un condensador conectado al(a los) evaporador(es) térmico(s) condensa el vapor de agua creado por el(los) evaporador(es) térmico(es) en su estado líquido para su distribución a y asimilación por las plantas en un invernadero o sistema hidropónico dedicado, o para su reutilización en un edificio. El CO2 y el vapor de agua producidos por la combustión de una fuente de combustible del evaporador térmico son enviados a través del condensador para agregarse a la recuperación de agua líquida. El CO2 fluye hacia el o los invernaderos para que las plantas fijen el carbono. Un sistema de monitoreo de CO2 asegura que la concentración de CO2 en el invernadero se mantenga a un nivel aceptable para los humanos. Los tratamientos de ozonización, UV y/o cloración pueden usarse como tratamientos opcionales de purificación de agua en el sistema.
