Abstract

Método para producir linfocitos T dotados de mayor eficacia y destinados a la inmunoterapia adoptiva que consiste en la obtención de una población de linfocitos T CD8+ de un paciente o de un donante, la determinación del porcentaje de linfocitos CD8+ CD28+ en la población obtenida, la activación de la población determinada con anticuerpo anti-CD3 y anticuerpo anti-CD28, en el caso de que la población determinada comprenda al menos un 50% de linfocitos T CD8+ CD28+, o la activación de la población determinada con anticuerpo anti-CD3 sin la presencia de anticuerpo anti-CD28 en el caso de que la población determinada comprenda menos de un 50% de linfocitos T CD8+ CD28+, la transducción de la población activada con un vector vírico, y la expansión de la población transducida, llevándose a cabo la transducción y la expansión en presencia de al menos una citocina.
