Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método para envasar productos, en particular sensibles al oxígeno, en contenedores, cada uno de dichos contenedores tiene una abertura; de acuerdo con la invención, la configuración de la atmósfera controlada se lleva a cabo en un gabinete de transferencia (4) dentro del cual los contenedores abiertos avanzan en la dirección del gabinete de cierre, por medio de las siguientes acciones combinadas: - una acción a) de inyectar un flujo de gas del proceso (G) en dicho gabinete de cierre (3) corriente abajo del gabinete de transferencia (4) de acuerdo con la dirección de avance de los contenedores abiertos, - una acción b) de someter al vacío los contenedores abiertos (1) presentes dentro del gabinete de transferencia (4).
