Abstract
Se proporcionan una chapa de acero que tiene TS = 1,320 MPa y un efecto benéfico de suprimir la fractura retardada que ocurre en una superficie de un borde cortado en sí, un miembro y métodos para producirlos. Una chapa de acero tiene una composición de componentes específica y una microestructura que contiene martensita y bainita, siendo la fracción de área total de la martensita y la bainita 92% o más y 100% o menos, siendo el resto una o más seleccionadas de ferrita y austenita retenida y partículas de inclusión que tienen una longitud del eje largo de 20 µm o más y 80 µm o menos y una distancia interpartícula mínima de más de 10 µm y grupos de partículas de inclusión cada uno de los cuales tiene una longitud del eje largo del grupo de 20 µm o más y 80 µm o menos y que incluyen cada uno dos o más partículas de inclusión que tienen una longitud del eje largo de 0.3 µm o más y una distancia interpartícula mínima de 10 µm o menos que tiene una densidad de 10 piezas/mm2 o menos, una concentración de P local en una región que se extiende desde una posición 1/4 del espesor de la chapa de acero en la dirección del espesor desde una superficie de la chapa de acero hasta una posición 3/4 del espesor de la chapa de acero en la dirección del espesor desde la superficie de la chapa de acero es 0.060% o menos en masa y el grado de segregación de Mn en la región es 1.50 o menos y la chapa de acero tiene una tensión de rotura de 1,320 MPa o más, [%Ti] + [%Nb] > 0.007···(1) [%Ti] × [%Nb]2 = 7.5 × 10-6···(2) donde en cada fórmula (1) y (2), [%Nb] y [%Ti] son el contenido de Nb (%) y el contenido de Ti (%), respectivamente, del acero.
