Abstract
Un método para fabricar un riel en T de base endurecida de alta resistencia y el riel en T producido por el método. El método comprende las etapas de proporcionar un riel en T de acero al carbono, dicho riel en T de acero proporcionado a una temperatura entre 700 y 800°C; y enfriar dicho riel en T de acero a una velocidad de enfriamiento que la temperatura en °C de la superficie de la base de dicho riel en T de acero, se mantenga en una región entre: un gráfica del límite de velocidad de enfriamiento superior definido por una línea superior que conecta las coordenadas xy (0 s, 800°C), (80 s, 675°C), (110 s, 650°C) y (140 s, 663°C); y un gráfica del límite de velocidad de enfriamiento inferior definido por una línea inferior que conecta las coordenadas xy (0 s, 700°C), (80 s, 575°C), (110 s, 550°C) y (140 s, 535°C).
