Abstract

Las crestas de soporte (60) y los valles de soporte (62) están dispuestos alternativamente a lo largo de un número = x de líneas rectas longitudinales imaginarias separadas (64) que se extienden paralelamente al eje central longitudinal (L) de la placa de transferencia de calor (2a) y a lo largo de un número de líneas rectas transversales imaginarias separadas (66) que se extienden perpendicularmente al eje central longitudinal (L) de la placa de transferencia de calor (2a). El patrón de transferencia de calor comprende además crestas de turbulencia (68) y valles de turbulencia (70). La placa de transferencia de calor (2a) se caracteriza porque al menos una pluralidad de las crestas de turbulencia (68) y de los valles de turbulencia (70) a lo largo de al menos una porción central (68a, 70a) de su extensión longitudinal se extienden inclinadas en relación con las líneas rectas imaginarias transversales (66).
