Abstract
Un sistema de destilación de vapor de agua; el sistema incluye un dispositivo de destilación de vapor de agua configurado para recibir un volumen de agua de origen de un fluido y producir un destilado, el dispositivo comprende: una trayectoria de flujo de concentrado que comprende una salida de concentrado; una trayectoria de flujo de destilado que comprende una salida de destilado; al menos una válvula dosificadora de la fuente; un primer intercambiador de calor que comprende al menos una porción de la trayectoria de flujo de destilado; un segundo intercambiador de calor que incluye al menos una porción de la trayectoria de flujo de concentrado, en donde el primer intercambiador de calor y el segundo intercambiador de calor están en comunicación de flujo de fluido con la fuente de fluido; un conjunto de sensores de destilado en comunicación con la trayectoria de flujo de destilado y ubicado aguas abajo del primer intercambiador de calor, el conjunto de sensores de destilado configurado para generar una medición de temperatura del destilado; y un controlador configurado para controlar las válvulas dosificadoras de la fuente, el controlador configurado para: recibir la medición de la temperatura del destilado; determinar la diferencia entre una primera temperatura objetivo y la medición de la temperatura del destilado; y dividir el agua de origen de la fuente de fluido entre el primer intercambiador de calor y el segundo intercambiador de calor basándose en la diferencia entre la primera temperatura objetivo y la medición de la temperatura del destilado.
