Abstract
Un método de unión de miembros metálicos incluye una etapa (S10) de formación de cuerpo apilado de formar un cuerpo apilado poniendo un material de inserto entre un primer miembro metálico y un segundo miembro metálico formados de aleaciones de Ni que contienen carburos o aleaciones de Fe que contienen carburos, y una etapa (S12) de unión por difusión en fase sólida de formar un cuerpo unido de miembros metálicos calentando y presurizando el cuerpo apilado para realizar la unión por difusión en fase sólida, en donde el material de inserto contiene Ni que tiene un contenido mayor que un contenido de Ni del primer miembro metálico y el segundo miembro metálico cuando el primer miembro metálico y el segundo miembro metálico se forman de las aleaciones de Ni que contienen carburos, y contiene Fe o Ni que tiene un contenido mayor que un contenido de Fe del primer miembro metálico y el segundo miembro metálico cuando el primer miembro metálico y el segundo miembro metálico se forman de las aleaciones de Fe que contienen carburos.
