Abstract

Se proporciona un método para proporcionar un sustrato recubierto con un recubrimiento de amortiguación curado que incluye: aplicar una composición de amortiguación líquida curable a un sustrato, en donde la composición de amortiguación líquida curable incluye una mezcla de determinados aceptores de Michael, determinados donantes de Michael, un catalizador base; un modificador de reología; y un relleno sólido; en donde el relleno es un material diferente al del modificador de reología; en donde la composición de amortiguación curable tiene una PVC de 20 % a 70 %; y secar/curar la composición de amortiguación curable aplicada a una temperatura de 0 °C a 250 °C. También se proporciona un sustrato recubierto con el recubrimiento de amortiguación curado.
