Abstract

Se describen aparatos y técnicas para la carga electrocinética de muestras de interés en cámaras de reacción a escala submicrometrica; las modalidades incluyen un dispositivo integrado y un aparato relacionado para analizar muestras en paralelo; el dispositivo integrado puede incluir al menos una cámara de reacción formada a través de una superficie del dispositivo integrado y configurada para recibir una muestra de interés, tal como una molécula de ácido nucleico; el dispositivo integrado puede incluir además electrodos modelados adyacentes a la cámara de reacción que producen uno o más campos eléctricos que ayudan a cargar la muestra en la cámara de reacción; el aparato puede incluir además un depósito de muestra que tiene un sello de fluido con la superficie del dispositivo integrado y configurado para contener una suspensión que contiene las muestras.
