Abstract

Se presenta un sistema de calefacción local. El sistema de calefacción local comprende: una primera fuente de calor (10) conectable a una red de calefacción (110) y dispuesta para extraer calor de la red de calefacción (110); una segunda fuente de calor (20) conectable a una red de energía eléctrica (120) y para transformar la alimentación de electricidad a través de la red de energía eléctrica (120) en calor; un dispositivo emisor de calor (30); un sistema de distribución (40) para hacer circular el fluido de transferencia de calor entre el dispositivo emisor de calor (30) y la primera y segunda fuente de calor (10, 20); y un controlador (50) configurado para controlar la primera y segunda salida de calor de la fuente de calor (10, 20) de la red de calefacción (110) y la red de energía eléctrica (120), respectivamente.
