Abstract

En el presente se describen sistemas y métodos que pueden detectar eficientemente señales de luz de retorno múltiple. Un sistema de detección y alcance de luz, como un sistema LIDAR, puede disparar un rayo láser que puede golpear múltiples objetos con una distancia diferente en una línea, haciendo que el sistema reciba señales de luz de retorno múltiple. Los detectores de retorno múltiple pueden analizar la magnitud del pico de una pluralidad de picos en las señales de retorno y determinar una multitud de picos, como el primer pico, el último pico y el pico máximo.
