Abstract

Se proporciona un sistema para super-refrigerar un producto, comprendiendo el sistema: una cámara que contiene un medio de super-refrigeración; e interruptores que emiten ondas de sonido, ondas de ultrasonido y/u ondas electromagnéticas en la cámara; en el que durante un ciclo de refrigeración la cámara alcanza una temperatura de refrigeración inferior a 0 ºC y durante un ciclo de calentamiento la cámara alcanza una temperatura de calentamiento mayor que la temperatura de refrigeración. El sistema de super-refrigeración puede usarse para super-refrigerar productos perecederos por debajo del punto de congelación para extender la vida útil y la frescura de los productos. Otras realizaciones del sistema de super-refrigeración y métodos para su uso, se describen en el presente documento.
