Abstract

Se describe en la presente un mecanismo de captura que cuenta con cánula bidireccional. En general, el mecanismo de captura comprende una carcasa interior, una carcasa exterior, y una cánula. La carcasa interior comprende un componente de acoplamiento de la característica de cánula proximal y uno distal. La carcasa exterior es adaptada para deslizablemente recibir la carcasa interior en una dirección proximal. Adicionalmente, la cánula se extiende a través de la carcasa interior y la característica de la cánula tiene una conexión proximal y una conexión distal. Las conexiones proximal y distal se configuran respectivamente para conectar irreversiblemente los componentes de acoplamiento de la característica de cánula proximal y distal cuando la punta de la cánula se mueve a la posición protegida.
