Abstract
Se describe un método (200) para garantizar la calidad de una mezcla de componentes múltiples que comprende al menos dos componentes, en un sistema (100) para refuerzo de rocas. El sistema (100) comprende un primer (1) y un segundo (3) canales para un primer y segundo componentes respectivos destinados a la inyección en un agujero en la roca (5). El canal respectivo (1, 3) comprende una bomba (13, 15) y un contenedor (7, 9) destinado al componente respectivo. El método comprende los pasos de bombear (201) el componente respectivo desde el contenedor respectivo (7, 9) a través del canal respectivo (1,3) y comparar continuamente (202) el flujo del primer componente en el primer canal (1) con el flujo del segundo componente en el segundo canal (3). El método comprende además el paso de controlar (203) las bombas (13, 15) individualmente, en base a la comparación de los flujos, de tal manera que una desviación de una relación de volumen predefinida entre el primer componente y el segundo componente en la mezcla esté por debajo de un primer umbral predefinido. También se describe aquí un sistema (100) para garantizar la calidad de una mezcla de componentes múltiples que comprende al menos dos componentes para uso en refuerzo de rocas.
