Abstract
Se divulga un agente de edición de ADN que comprende una primera secuencia de ácido nucleico para provocar de manera inducible un fenotipo letal de embriones de pollo macho en un huevo de ave y una segunda secuencia de ácido nucleico para dirigir dicha secuencia de ácido nucleico para efectuar dicho fenotipo letal a un cromosoma Z de una célula del ave. Se divulga, además, el uso del agente de edición de ADN.
