Abstract

Se proporciona un método para operar un gabinete de enfriamiento dispuesto para enfriar materia en el gabinete. El gabinete para uso con este método contiene un espacio de almacenamiento para conservar la materia, un sistema de enfriamiento por compresión que incluye por lo menos un primer compresor, un evaporador primario que tiene por lo menos una gran parte de sí rodeado por un material de cambio de fase dispuesto en un contenedor, un módulo de desplazamiento de aire y un evaporador secundario. El método incluye la operación del evaporador primario por medio del compresor hasta que el gabinete de enfriamiento alcance un estado predeterminado y la operación del módulo de desplazamiento de aire para suministrar un flujo de aire forzado para que fluya a lo largo de una superficie externa del contenedor y posteriormente a través del espacio de almacenamiento. Al alcanzar el gabinete de enfriamiento el estado predeterminado, el evaporador secundario es operado para controlar el estado del gabinete de enfriamiento.
