Abstract

Se proporcionan sistemas, dispositivos y métodos para recuperar refrigerante mezclado y/o nitrógeno de los sistemas de licuefacción. Los sistemas, dispositivos y métodos facilitan la recuperación de refrigerante mezclado (RM) y/o vapor de nitrógeno que puede fugarse de un compresor, al separar el RM del nitrógeno, y reusar el RM y/o nitrógeno dentro del sistema de licuefacción. La recuperación y reusación del RM y/o nitrógeno pueden minimizar la pérdida de RM y nitrógeno lo cual puede reducir el costo total de operación de un sistema de licuefacción. Adicionalmente, recuperar el RM, en lugar de quemarlo, puede reducir las emisiones ambientales al reducir la cantidad de RM que se quema.
