Abstract
Se divulga un aparato basado en IoT (Internet de las Cosas) para evaluar la calidad de los alimentos o los productos agrícolas. El aparato consta de un marco con un gabinete, una bandeja móvil dispuesta en una parte media del gabinete, una o más cámaras instaladas dentro del gabinete, una o más fuentes de luz montadas estratégicamente dentro del gabinete para evitar la reflexión y los puntos calientes, al menos una unidad de almacenamiento, una pantalla táctil y una sola computadora de placa acoplada a la cámara, la fuente de luz, la unidad de almacenamiento y la pantalla táctil. El gabinete está iluminado por la fuente de luz y la cámara que está configurada para capturar la imagen de los productos tanto en la parte superior como en la inferior del producto. Un modelo de aprendizaje profundo previamente entrenado se utiliza en las imágenes de vista superior e inferior para identificar defectos en los productos agrícolas. Los defectos identificados se muestran al usuario a través de la pantalla táctil.
