Abstract

Se proporciona un proceso, que comprende: a. deshidrogenar un líquido de gas natural para producir una mezcla que comprende olefinas y parafinas no convertidas; b. sin purificación o modificación adicional, enviar la mezcla al reactor de alquilación individual; y c. alquilar las olefinas con una isoparafina, usando un catalizador de líquido iónico, para producir uno o más productos alquilados. También se proporciona una unidad de proceso integrada para realizar el proceso, que comprende: a. un reactor de deshidrogenación; b. un reactor de alquilación individual; c. un separador, seguido del reactor de alquilación, que separa un efluente del reactor de alquilación en una fase de catalizador y una fase de hidrocarburo; d. una unidad de destilación, conectado de manera fluida a y seguido del separador, que recibe la fase de hidrocarburos y separa la fase de hidrocarburos en productos alquilados, una fase de parafina sin reaccionar, y una fase de isoparafina; e. una primera línea de reciclado que suministra la fase de parafina sin reaccionar al reactor de deshidrogenación; y f. una segunda línea de reciclado que suministra la fase de isoparafina al reactor de alquilación.
