Abstract
Se describen en la presente diversas invenciones y modalidades de estas, dirigidas a sistemas, dispositivos y metodos para el analisis de un biofluido, asi como tambien controlar un sistema de analisis de biofluidos usando un dispositivo microfluidico; las modalidades de los sistemas de analisis de biofluidos descritas en la presente pueden proporcionar el analisis de un biofluido para identificar y caracterizar una o mas analitos; un aparato puede incluir una primera capa que define una primera abertura y una segunda abertura; la primera capa puede ser sustancialmente transparente. Se puede acoplar una segunda capa a la primera capa y definir un canal microfluidico que establece una via de comunicacion fluida entre la primera abertura y la segunda abertura; al menos una parte de la segunda capa puede ser sustancialmente opaca.
