Abstract

Un dispositivo (1) para orientar de manera automática recipientes a ser etiquetados (2) que ingresan en una máquina de etiquetado, que comprende por lo menos un dispositivo de emisión (6), que se adapta para emitir radiación electromagnética hacia los recipientes (2), medios de detección (18) la radiación electromagnética reflejada por los recipientes (2), y medios de procesamiento y de control adaptados para identificar la posición de defectos (4) que se pueden detectar de manera óptica en cada uno de los recipientes (2); en donde el dispositivo de emisión (6) comprende un módulo de iluminación (7) con una cara de emisión (8) que tiene por lo menos una primera porción de emisión (9) y está asociado con una pluralidad de primeras fuentes de radiación electromagnética (19) de un primer tipo que se diseña para activar/desactivar la primera porción de emisión (9); la cara de emisión (8) del módulo de iluminación (7) comprende además una segunda porción de emisión (10) que es distinta de la primera porción de emisión (9), y una pluralidad asociada de segundas fuentes de radiación electromagnética (11) de un segundo tipo, distinto del primer tipo, que está diseñada para activar/desactivar la segunda porción de emisión (10).
