Abstract
Un sistema para el control, seguimiento, almacenamiento y marketing de productos agrícolas y calidad de un producto agrícola. El sistema incluye un dispositivo de detección que contiene una unidad de detección que incluye una fuente de radiación configurada para emitir radiación en dirección a una región de detección y un sensor que detecta la radiación emitida proveniente de la región de detección y una unidad de procesamiento que recibe la indicación de los datos del sensor provenientes de la salida de la unidad de detección, procesa los datos de la radiación detectada y genera datos de calidad que son indicación, al menos parcial, de la calidad del producto agrícola, mediante la utilización de los datos de la radiación detectada.
