Abstract

Un dispositivo de entrada para usar en un recipiente para facilitar la separación de una fase gaseosa de una fase líquida en una corriente de fluido. El dispositivo de entrada tiene recipientes de separación (26a, 26b, 26c) ubicados en cada uno de los extremos de salida (44a, 44b, 44c) de un canal de flujo (24). Cada recipiente de separación tiene una pared cilíndrica (46) y una abertura de entrada alargada (54) en la pared cilíndrica para permitir la introducción de la corriente de fluido en una dirección tangencial hacia una región interior abierta donde da vueltas para facilitar la separación de la fase gaseosa de la fase líquida en la corriente de fluido. La fase líquida sale del recipiente de separación a través de las ranuras (56) en la pared cilíndrica y a través de un extremo inferior abierto de la región interior abierta. La fase gaseosa sale del recipiente de separación al ascender hacia arriba a través de un extremo superior abierto (50) de la región interior abierta.
