Abstract

Suspensión de betaglucanos fácilmente dispersable en agua y métodos para confeccionarlos y usarlos. Una suspensión de betaglucanos fácilmente dispersable en agua incluye un betaglucano y un fluido orgánico que comprende un alcohol, un éster alquilo alfa-hidroxiácido, un éter alquilo de polialquilenglicol o una combinación de estos, donde la suspensión es suficiente, de forma tal que la mezcla con agua a una velocidad de corte máxima menor que 40,000 s-1 forme una mezcla homogénea del betaglucano y el agua.
