Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un anticuerpo anti-MUC1 que se une específicamente a Mucina 1 (MUC1) y un uso del mismo y, más particularmente, a un anticuerpo anti-MUC1 o un fragmento de unión a antígeno del mismo, un conjugado anticuerpo-fármaco o anticuerpo biespecífico que comprende el anticuerpo o un fragmento de unión a antígeno del mismo, una composición farmacéutica para la prevención o el tratamiento del cáncer, que comprende el mismo conjugado o anticuerpo biespecífico, y un ácido nucleico que codifica el mismo anticuerpo o un fragmento de unión a antígeno del mismo, un vector y una célula huésped, ambos portadores del mismo ácido nucleico, y un método para preparar un anticuerpo anti??MUC1 o un fragmento de unión a antígeno del mismo, usando el mismo vector y la célula huésped.
