Abstract
Se muestra un dispositivo (1) y un procedimiento para unir partes de chapa (2) formando un paquete de chapa (3) en el que las partes de chapa (2) se cortan por estampado de una faja de acero eléctrico (5) recubierta en al menos una de sus caras planas (6, 7) con una capa de barniz termoplástico (8, 9), se apilan las partes de chapa (2) estampadas y se unen por adherencia de materiales en varios paquetes de chapa (3) mediante la activación térmica de la capa de barniz termoplástico (8, 9), donde previo al corte por estampado de las partes de chapa (2) se prepara la faja de acero eléctrico (5) en un área parcial (23, 43) de la capa de barniz termoplástico (8, 9) de manera tal que después del estampado de la parte de chapa (2), que presenta esta área parcial preparada (23, 43), esta parte de chapa (2) facilita la separación de las partes de chapa (2) apiladas en paquetes de chapa (3), caracterizado porque durante la preparación de la faja de acero eléctrico (5) la capa de barniz termoplástico (8, 9) en la faja de acero eléctrico (5) sea al menos reducida en su espesor de capa (29, 49) mediante desgaste con luz láser (20, 40) para generar el área parcial (23, 43).
