Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un secador (1) para una banda de material textil (5) con al menos un espacio de secador (2), en el cual hay dispuesto de manera giratoria al menos un tambor permeable al aire (3 - 3c), el cual puede estar rodeado parcialmente por la banda de material (5) y pudiendo ser atravesada la banda de material (5) por aire de secado calentado, y estando previsto al menos un ventilador (17), con el cual puede aspirarse de una abertura de lado frontal del al menos un tambor (3 - 3c) aire de secado húmedo del lado interior del tambor (3 - 3c) y pudiendo eliminarse como aire de escape (13) mediante un canal (14). El secador (1) presenta al menos un sensor para la determinación de la humedad del flujo de aire de escape, cuyos datos se procesan en un control (30) con la humedad inicial de la banda de material (5) y la humedad del flujo de aire fresco y de esta manera se regula el rendimiento de evaporación del secador (1). La invención presenta además de ello un procedimiento, un módulo y una instalación para la determinación de la humedad residual en una banda de material de marcha continua a través de un secador. (Para ello la figura 1).
