Abstract
A presente invenção se refere a um secador (1) para uma tira de produto têxtil (5) com pelo menos uma câmara do secador (2), na qual está disposto, podendo girar, pelo menos um tambor (3 a 3c) permeável ao ar, o qual pode estar parcialmente envolvido pela tira de produto (5) e, sendo que, a tira de produto (5) pode ser atravessada com ar de secagem aquecido e, sendo que, está previsto pelo menos um ventilador (17), com o qual, a partir de uma abertura no lado frontal do, pelo menos um, tambor (3 a 3c), pode ser aspirado ar de secagem úmido do lado interno do tambor (3 a 3c) e pode ser removido como ar de escape (13) através de um canal (14). O secador (1) apresenta pelo menos um sensor para a determinação da umidade do fluxo de ar de escape, cujos dados são processados em um controle (30) com a umidade inicial da tira de produto (5) e com a umidade do fluxo de ar fresco e por meio disso é regulada a potência de evaporação do secador (1). Além disso, a invenção apresenta um método, um módulo e uma instalação para a determinação da umidade residual de uma tira de produto que passa continuamente através de um secador.
