Abstract
Modalidades ilustrativas de esta invención se relacionan con un artículo recubierto que tiene un recubrimiento de baja E que incluye al menos una capa reflectante de infrarrojo (IR) de plata que está dopada con un material tal como SiAl, SiZn, o SiZnCu. La(s) capa(s) reflectante(s) de IR son parte de un recubrimiento de baja E y pueden intercalarse entre al menos capas dieléctricas transparentes. Una capa reflectante de IR a base de plata dopada de tal manera proporciona, por ejemplo, una mejor resistencia a la corrosión y durabilidad química de la capa y todo el recubrimiento, y una mejor estabilidad tal como menor opacidad tras el tratamiento térmico (HT) opcional, mientras mantiene buenas propiedades ópticas, en comparación con una capa reflectante de IR de Ag que no está dopada.
