Abstract

La invención se refiere a un concentrado comestible que comprende, en peso del concentrado: • del 5 % al 99 % en peso de aceite; • del 0 % al 10 % en peso de agua; y • del 1 % al 95 % en peso de partículas texturizantes; en donde dichas partículas texturizantes tienen un tamaño de partícula en el intervalo de 0.5 micrómetros a 5,000 micrómetros y comprenden: - al menos 3 % en peso de celulosa microfibrilada (MFC); - al menos 20 % en peso de relleno hidrosoluble; y menos del 10 % en peso de agua. Las partículas texturizantes contenidas en el concentrado comestible de la presente invención ofrecen la ventaja de que imparten una sensación cremosa, homogénea o pulposa en la boca, dependiendo del diámetro de las partículas texturizantes.
