Abstract

Un método y aparato de control de transmisión de enlace ascendente y un sistema de comunicaciones; el dispositivo de red indica explícitamente o implícitamente información de programación dinámica de recursos de RACH vía señalización de control; después de seleccionar los recursos de RACH, el equipo de usuario (UE) monitorea la señalización de control que corresponde a los recursos de RACH; de acuerdo con situaciones de recepción de la señalización de control, cuando están disponibles los recursos de RACH seleccionados, el UE transmite directamente una solicitud de acceso aleatorio coincidente con los recursos de RACH; y cuando no están disponibles los recursos de RACH seleccionados, el UE selecciona además los recursos de RACH de acuerdo con la configuración o indicación de una estación base, y hasta que está disponible un recurso de RACH, el UE transmite una solicitud de acceso aleatorio coincidente con el recurso de RACH; por lo tanto, se puede asegurar el acceso aleatorio normal del UE, y se puede reducir la interferencia a otros UEs.
