Abstract
La presente descripción está dirigida hacia un aparato electroquirúrgico que incluye un generador electroquirúrgico que puede acoplarse a un aplicador electroquirúrgico. En un aspecto de la presente descripción, un controlador del generador electroquirúrgico está configurado para ejecutar un algoritmo o función de compensación dinámica de corriente de fuga para compensar la corriente de fuga de un aplicador electroquirúrgico y el cable adjunto que acopla el aplicador electroquirúrgico al generador electroquirúrgico. En otro aspecto de la presente descripción, el controlador del generador electroquirúrgico está configurado para ejecutar un algoritmo o función de modulación dinámica de radiofrecuencia para controlar dinámicamente el factor de cresta de la forma de onda de salida del generador electroquirúrgico con base en la impedancia medida a través de una terminal activa y de retorno del generador electroquirúrgico.
