Abstract
La presente invención propone el uso de hidrólisis térmica (o carbonización térmica) a diferentes temperaturas y presiones en corrientes residuales alternas para lograr una mezcla óptima de velocidades de digestión y pasteurización altas mientras se logra una reducción grande de viscosidad. En las modalidades descritas, se exploran medios para combinar la hidrólisis térmica (o carbonización térmica) y la pasteurización, que incluyen, entre otros, la colocación de las corrientes residuales en paralelo, su colocación en serie, la utilización de la entrada de calor en paralelo y los intercambiadores de calor en serie se exploran para optimizar las velocidades de hidrólisis, minimizar el uso de tanques de alta presión, optimizar la energía utilizada y gestionar las características de viscosidad de los sólidos.
