Abstract

La presente descripción proporciona un planteamiento distribuido y anónimo para solicitar la respuesta de un sistema eléctrico. El planteamiento conceptualiza el consumo de energía y la producción de recursos de energía distribuida (DERs) mediante paquetes de energía discreta que son coordinados por una entidad ciber-informática que concede o deniega las solicitudes de paquete de energía provenientes de los DERs. El planteamiento hace uso de una condición de un DER, lo que es particularmente útil para (1) cargas controladas termostáticamente, (2) cargas controladas condicionalmente no termostáticas, y (3) sistemas de almacenamiento de energía distribuida bidireccionales. En un primer aspecto del presente planteamiento, cada DER le solicita independientemente a la autoridad encenderse durante un periodo fijo (es decir, una duración de paquete). El coordinador determina si concede o deniega cada solicitud con base en las condiciones de la red eléctrica y/o del mercado de electricidad o de otras energías. En un segundo aspecto, los DERs bidireccionales, tales como los sistemas de almacenamiento de energía distribuida (DESSs) también son capaces de solicitar el suministro de energía a la red.
