Abstract
Un sistema de arbitraje de espectro dinámico (DSA) incluye una pluralidad de femto-células, una pasarela de eNodeB base (HGW) acoplada a cada una de la pluralidad de femto-células, un controlador de espectro dinámico (DSC)acoplado a la pasarela HGW y un controlador de política de espectro dinámico (DPC) acoplado al DSC y una pluralidad de otros DSCs. Cada una de las femto-células puede configurarse para supervisar condiciones de redes, para generar informes de congestión basados en un resultado de la supervisión y para enviar los informes de congestión generados a la pasarela HGW.
