Abstract
Se proporciona un método para verificar automáticamente operación precisa de un medidor de flujo durante operación de campo que comprende proporcionar un medidor de flujo que tiene electrónica de medidor con un sistema de almacenamiento, y hacer fluir un fluido de proceso sin calibración a través del medidor de flujo. La electrónica de medidor está configurada para realizar los pasos de: detectar un modelo del medidor de flujo así como recuperar un valor cero de fábrica de calibración de fábrica inicial y una especificación de desviación cero almacenada del sistema de almacenamiento. Se mide un valor cero durante operación de campo del medidor de flujo y se compara con el valor cero de fábrica. Se calcula un valor cero de error. Se determina si el error entre el valor cero de operación de campo y el valor cero de fábrica está dentro de la especificación de desviación cero, y se calibra el medidor de flujo si el error está fuera de la especificación de desviación cero.
