Abstract

El método sirve para la medición cuantitativa de contenido de partículas mediante el uso de generación de imágenes en estado hidratado tal como CryoTEM. Se provee una muestra (100) de partículas tipo virus (VLP) o partículas de virus. Preferiblemente, la muestra (100) se congela rápidamente en un líquido criogénico a una temperatura criogénica. Mientras que, en la temperatura criogénica, el contenido de partículas de cada VLP en la muestra congelada se observa en el CryoTEM. Una cantidad de contenido de partículas de los VLP se determina para evaluar si los VLP están vacíos o no.
