Abstract

Способ предназначен для количественного измерения содержимого частиц с помощью получения изображения в водосодержащем состоянии, такого как крио-ТЭМ. Представляется образец (100) вирусоподобных частиц (VLP) или вирусных частиц. Предпочтительно, чтобы образец (100) быстро замораживался в криогенной жидкости при криогенной температуре. При криогенной температуре содержимое каждой частицы VLP в замороженном образце наблюдается в крио-ТЭМ. Количество содержимого частиц ВЛП определяется для оценки того, являются ли частицы VLP пустыми или нет.
