Abstract

Un sistema para aplicar un material de recubrimiento inorgánico a una superficie (110) que comprende: - una unidad de boquilla de aspersión (50), que tiene las siguientes características: - una primera porción de extremo (51) con una primera conexión (11) para una primera manguera de suministro (10), para suministrar un primer componente del material de recubrimiento, - una segunda porción de extremo (52) para descargar el material de recubrimiento de la unidad de boquilla de aspersión (50), - una unidad de conexión (60) para mezclar y transportar componentes del material de recubrimiento de la primera porción de extremo (51) a la segunda porción de extremo (52), en donde la unidad de conexión (60) comprende una cámara de mezclado (61) con al menos una conexión adicional (21, 31) para suministrar un segundo componente del material de recubrimiento, y en donde al menos un sensor electrónico (70) está montado en la unidad de conexión (60), para detectar una amplitud de oscilación (81) que surja en la unidad de conexión (60), - una unidad de procesamiento de datos (80), - una unidad de comparación (90), - una unidad de control (100), en donde la unidad de control (100) - genera una señal de advertencia cuando los datos de control (91) se encuentran por encima de un valor límite predeterminado y/o varía el caudal volumétrico (102) de al menos uno de los componentes del material de recubrimiento dependiendo de los datos de control (91) que sean generados por la unidad de comparación (90). Así como métodos para aplicar un material de recubrimiento orgánico obtenido mezclando una pluralidad de componentes en una unidad de boquilla de aspersión (50).
