Abstract
Se proporcionan sistemas y métodos para el montaje giratorio y el bloqueo de paneles solares (por ejemplo, fotovoltaicos). Por ejemplo, los paneles solares pueden montarse de manera que puedan girar alrededor de un eje para rastrear el sol a lo largo del día, y pueden bloquearse en una posición adecuada durante condiciones de viento fuerte.
