Abstract
Una sonda de oxímetro que toma en cuenta el color del tejido (por ejemplo, el color de la piel o el contenido de melanina) para mejorar la precisión al determinar la saturación de oxígeno de tejido. Se transmite luz desde una fuente de luz hacia un tejido que tiene melanina (por ejemplo, eumelanina o feomelanina). La luz reflejada desde el tejido es recibida por un detector.
