Abstract

The invention relates to an exchange part assembly that can be adjusted for the transmission, transfer and handling of different types and sizes of containers or receptacles in a production line, of the type comprising a central opening, adapted to receive a rotary shaft of the adjustable exchange part assembly which receives transmission from a transmission system for the rotational actuation thereof, characterised by comprising a pair of star-shaped elements, placed on top of one another and fixed, which define a plurality of peripheral cavities that are adapted to receive the containers or receptacles to be transferred; a system for adjusting the openness of said peripheral cavities in order to control their openness, defined by a first and second disc having a plurality of right and left protruding curved claws, wherein, in each peripheral cavity is disposed a pair of right-left protruding curved claws, discs that can rotate independently and an adjustment system for controlling the openness of said curved claws in each peripheral cavity, in accordance with the diameter of the containers to be handled; a system for adjusting the depth of the peripheral cavities defined by a plurality of central plates in each peripheral cavity, mounted on a cam disc with partial rotation via an adjustment system for extending or retracting said central plates, and a system for controlling the height of the assembly, based on the height of the containers to be handled.
