Abstract
Se proporciona una lámina de acero laminada en caliente con alta resistencia para un tubo de acero soldado con resistencia eléctrica que tiene variaciones disminuidas en las propiedades del material en el plano, alta resistencia, y excelente ductilidad, como también un método de fabricación de la misma. La lámina de acero laminada en caliente con alta resistencia para un tubo de acero soldado con resistencia eléctrica tiene una composición que contiene, en % en masa, C: 0.10 a 0.18%, Si: 0.1 a 0.5%, Mn: 0.8 a 2.0%, P: 0.001 a 0.020%, S: 0.005% o menos, Al: 0.001 a 0.1%, Cr: 0.4 a 1.0%, Cu: 0.1 a 0.5%, Ni: 0.01 a 0.4%, Nb: 0.01 a 0.07%, N: 0.008% o menos, y además Mo: 0.5% o menos y/o V: 0.1% o menos para que Moeq definido como Moeq = Mo + 0.36Cr + 0.77Mn + 0.07Ni sea 1.4 a 2.2, y para que Mo y V estén contenidos para satisfacer 0.05 = Mo + V = 0.5; y tiene una microestructura que contiene, en fracción en volumen, 80% o más de una fase vainita como una fase principal y 4 a 20% de una fase martensita y una fase de austenita retenida en total como una fase secundaria, donde la fase bainita tiene un tamaño de grano promedio de 1 a 10 µm.
