Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para modificar la gemación lateral en una planta que comprende modificar la expresión o función de una proteína que comprende la secuencia mostrada como SEQ ID NO: 3, 4 o 5 o una secuencia que tiene 5 por lo menos 70% de identidad de secuencia con la misma. La invención se refiere además a plantas, material de propagación de planta, hoja cosechada y hoja procesada obtenible por dichos métodos.
