Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona a un sistema y método para el enfriamiento de moldes de una maquina formadora de artículos de vidrio del tipo que comprende, al menos un portador de moldes que incluyen mitades de moldes que son desplazables entre una posición de molde cerrado para el formado del artículo de vidrio y una posición de molde abierto para la liberación de dicho artículo cada una de las mitades de molde teniendo pasajes axiales para enfriar cada una de las mitades del molde. Una estructura de soporte que tiene una sección de soporte superior fija y una sección de soporte movible. Medios para proveer un flujo de enfriamiento son conectados en coincidencia con una serie de aberturas en la sección de soporte movible. Un distribuidos del flujo de enfriamiento es ubicado por encima de la sección de soporte movible, el distribuidos teniendo una sección inferior en coincidencia con cada una de la primera serie de aberturas de la sección de soporte movible para el paso del flujo de enfriamiento y, una sección superior en coincidencia con cada uno de los pasajes axiales de cada una de las mitades de cada molde, dicho distribuidos de flujo de enfriamiento siendo desplazable entre la posición de molde cerrado para el formado del artículo de vidrio y la posición de molde abierto para lña liberación del dicho artículo el distribuidos suministrando el flujo de enfriamiento a través de cada una de las aberturas de la sección de soporte movible para enfriar las mitades de cada molde en cualquier posición entre la posición de molde cerrado para el formado del artículo de vidrio y la posición de molde abierto para la liberación del dicho artículo un mecanismo de formado de artículos es acoplado a la sección de soporte movible. Un mecanismo para ajustar la altura del mecanismo de formado de artículos, los medios para proveer el flujo de enfriamiento y los medios de distribución del flujo de enfriamiento de acuerdo a la altura de cada molde.
