Abstract

a invenção se refere a um sistema e um método para resfriamento de moldes de uma máquina utilizada para formar artigos ocos de vidro, do tipo que compreende braços para o transporte de metades de molde móveis entre uma posição de molde fechado e uma posição de molde aberto, cada metade de molde tendo passagens axiais para o resfriamento do mesmo. o sistema permite a sua adaptação a diferentes tamanhos de molde e o resfriamento das metades do molde, em qualquer posição entre a posição de molde fechada e a posição aberta do molde. para este fim, este tem uma placa superior de altura ajustável em que uma câmara de distribuição de fluido de resfriamento para as passagens axiais dos moldes é movida, as condutas de resfriamento ligadas à referida placa superior, de modo a proporcionar fluido de resfriamento a partir de uma caixa plena.
