Abstract
Se divulga un método (101) para fabricar un producto semiacabado o un componente (102), en el que un soporte metálico (103), que está diseñado como una tira de ranura (104), está cubierto con al menos un preimpregnado (6) que contiene una matriz de resina termoendurecible térmicamente reticulable que tiene fibras sin fin, la matriz de resina termoendurecible del preimpregnado (6) se reticula previamente por calentamiento, y el soporte metálico (103) se cubre con el preimpregnado pre-reticulable (6) está conformado en un producto o componente semiacabado (102) por medio de perfiles de rodillos. Para permitir cambios de forma de plástico en las regiones reforzadas con fibra del soporte metálico (103), se propone de acuerdo con la invención que durante la prerreticulación de la matriz de resina termoendurecible del preimpregnado (6) dicha matriz sea transferido a un estado de viscosidad (?) que sigue su viscosidad mínima (?min), y que el preimpregnado (6) se conforma junto con el soporte metálico (103) antes de alcanzar su punto de gelificación (Pc).
