Abstract

Un sistema y un procedimiento para corregir un error de altura durante un proceso de fabricación aditiva de soldadura con robot. Se muestran una o ambas de una corriente de salida de soldadura y una velocidad de alimentación de hilo durante un proceso de fabricación aditiva de soldadura con robot cuando se crea una capa de soldadura actual. Se determina una pluralidad de distancias de boquilla de contacto a pieza (CTWD) instantáneas basándose en al menos una o ambas de la corriente de salida de soldadura y la velocidad de alimentación de hilo. Se determina una CTWD promedio basándose en la pluralidad de CTWD instantáneas. Se genera un factor de corrección, basándose en al menos la CTWD promedio, que se utiliza para compensar cualquier error en altura de la capad e soldadura actual.
