Abstract

El método para la remoción de micotoxinas en productos alimenticios comprende los pasos de proporcionar por lo menos una cantidad de por lo menos un producto alimenticio y por lo menos una cantidad de óxido de calcio, dicho producto alimenticio tiene un valor de humedad predeterminado adecuado para el tratamiento por el contacto directo con óxido de calcio suministrado en polvo y/o microgránulos; mezclar por lo menos dicha cantidad de por lo menos un producto alimenticio con la citada por lo menos una cantidad de óxido de calcio en respectivos porcentajes predeterminados, para determinar el contacto entre la superficie de los productos alimenticios con el óxido de calcio para la remoción de micotoxinas; limpiar la superficie de los productos alimenticios del óxido de calcio, para hacer que los productos tratados vuelvan a ser adecuados para su ingestión.
